Upcountry working bonus
All officers stationed in Chachoengsao and Prachinburi sites will get upcountry working bonus every month.

MBO
Our company realizes and retaliate people from their performance. We reward all officers who can complete their tasks by adding extra money to their salary after they pass the probation period.

Incentive
When the officers working at least for 1 year, they will get special bonus up to 15%  of salary base. This incentive is offered once they initiate a project that adds value to the organization.

Language incentive
English is international language which communicated worldwide to all areas. We reward this skill by adding special bonus 1,500- 5,000 baht on salary base (classified by TOEIC score).

We purvey social security to take care of the officers in case they get ill, handicapped, or dead that is not caused by working and childbirth. This is a way to accumulate as the pension after retiring.

Annual Health Check
The company's annual health check takes place every year by the renown hospitals.

Internal and External Trainning
We believe in our officers that they all are the precious drive of the organization. Therefore we regularly hold training of different lessons which the officers can attend, no charge, at least 8 hours a month to constantly improve their own aptitude, knowledge, and skills.

Self Learning Centre
The officers can attend the self learning centre to study various scopes of knowledge of their interests by reading, listening to the tapes, or learning from the multimedia.
