Terms and conditions 1. The shop will sell and support all products from Advance Agro (called “the company” later in the terms and conditions) except for product line that is not produced by the company 2. The shop will display Advance Agro products 25% and alliances' products 50% of sales area. 3. The shop will use the company's POS Software and get online everyday. 4. The shop needs to be able to deliver the products in at least 2-kilometre radius around it. 5. Entry fee Baht 50,000 and annual fee Baht 20,000 must be remitted. 6. All decoration materials and equipments provided and installed by the company belong to the company and the company has the right to remove. 7. The shop will be responsible for signboard tax. 8. The contract lasts 2years up to conditions. 9. The shop should cooperate and support the company's marketing campaigns and training that organized by the company. 10. The company will decorate the shop free of charge if it is within 2 suites or 64 square meters. If the shop size is larger, the shop will be responsible for any further expenses itself. 11.
